Distinguido Sr. J. Lorés,

Me dirijo a Vd. en su condición de investigador y docente en el ámbito de la “usabilidad”, así como en cuanto representante de AIPO (Asociación Interacción Persona-Ordenador), y a petición de su colega Don Francisco V._C._F_i_c_a_r_r_a, a raíz de haber tenido conocimiento éste de que en diferentes ponencias congresuales realizadas por Vd. se han utilizado textos y material gráfico extraídos de obras académicas cuyos derechos de propiedad intelectual ostenta mi cliente.

I’m writing to you in your capacity as researcher and professor in the field of “usability” and also as representative of AIPO (Asociacion Interaccion Persona-Ordenador) and at the request of your colleague Mr. Francisco V._C._F_i_c_a_r_r_a in relation to his having had knowledge that in different congressional lectures made by you texts and graphic material drawn from academic works have been used whose intellectual property rights are held by my client.

En este sentido, debo recordarle que para la utilización de dichos textos y material gráfico Vd. no ha dispuesto de la preceptiva autorización del Sr. Ficarra, infringiendo con ello sus derechos de propiedad intelectual debidamente registrados por la Agencia Española del ISBN.

In this sense I must remind you that for the utilization of said texts and graphic material you didn’t have the perceptive authorization by Mr. Ficarra, thereby breaching his intellectual property rights duly registered by the ISBN Spanish agency.

Por otra parte, en las ponencias indicadas tampoco ha hecho Vd. ninguna referencia bibliográfica a la procedencia de dichos textos y material gráfico, ni a su autoría, actuación que resulta contraria a los usos que deben regir la correcta convivencia en el ámbito académico, amén de constituir, como le he indicado, una vulneración de los derechos de autor que ostenta mi representado.

On the other hand, in the indicated lectures you haven’t made either any bibliographical reference to the source of said texts and graphical material, nor to its authorship, a behaviour which goes against to the uses which must rule the correct coexistence in the academic environment, aside from being , as I told you, a breaching of the author rights held by my client.

Por todo ello, con el fin de evitar la infracción de los legítimos derechos de propiedad intelectual de mi cliente, y de reconducir las relaciones académicas a una situación de respeto necesario, le ruego se abstenga de utilizar en el futuro los referidos textos y material gráfico cuyos derechos de propiedad intelectual ostenta mi cliente, o en caso de estar interesado en su utilización contacte con mi despacho a fin de tramitar, en su caso, su autorización por parte del Sr. Ficarra.

Because of all this, with the purpose of avoiding the infringement of the legitimate intellectual property rights of my client, and in order to redirect the academic relationships to a situation of necessary respect, I beg you to refrain from using in future the aforementioned texts and graphic material whose intellectual property rights are held by my client, or in the case of being interested in its use contact my office with the purpose of transacting in its case its authorization by Mr. Ficarra.

(1) The "co-pilot" of this note Julio Abascal –alias the Godfather II, in The Basque Country (UPV, CAT)– was not legal notified because we claimed reasons of respect to a Basque old woman (she was a survivor the bombing of Guernica, 1937), who migrated to "Las Pampas." Here it is necessary to differentiate between those people who because of the Francoist, fascist and Nazi bombs, have emigrated and adapted to the new reality from those cockroaches that remain in their stinking holes, for example, "AIPO Garduña", in order to annoy other people without any restraint, until they are regarded as terrorists in disguise.

Two other stinking cockroaches of the addressee of the legal letter, that is, their ex-doctoral students: Granollers (University of Lleida, Spain) and Collazos (today, University of Cauca, Colombia). Who, although they do not put it in their curriculums, follow the destructive action of their plagiarizing tutor in University of Lleida, in the old and the new world. Mocking and typical patterns of behaviour of real masked stalking, bullism, terrorism, corruption, and very long etcetera, they and all those who follow these cockroaches and their misdeeds, in the context of the HCI in Spain, Europe and Latin America.

Well, from here we anticipate to all those criminal cockroaches belonging to their destructive sects and bearers of terror, mockery, discredit, etc., that the time of silence has run out ...

Two and a half decades of camouflaged terror, destruction of work team, international events, etc., all with an absolute silence in the HCI, Computer Sciences, Interactive Design, Education, etc., sectors, in the style of the terrorists that in the '80s and' 90s, preventing honest and free work, when a certain revolutionary tax was not paid in Euskadi or Basque Country.

Anyway, it is enough to read the local press to find out about the sewer-like and corrupt reality in some people in Iberian universities: Balearic Islands, Barcelona, Castilla-La Mancha, Córdoba, Leganés, Tenerife (May 2011: Where was Corrientes? or Resistencia?), Valencia, Zaragoza, and a very long etcetera., where the stinking cockroaches dance nonstop and make fun of the workers and taxpayers because they do not know what it is to work honestly. Their camouflaged criminal acts are guided by neocolonialism, local fratricide, new Nazism, sadism, immune and eternal corruption.

However, along two decades (1997 - present), we have been able to detect an unworthy, destructive, mobster and godfather behaviour, without any comparison in the Spanish academic context, and his main skill is to "throw stones and then hide his hand". Or what amounts to the same, constantly smearing all that is done in a modest and honest way, without using the disabled to get European or Spanish subventions, for instance. Yes, for long time (two long decades), the disabled in Spain have served to finance usability engineering, accessibility, user centered design, virtual reality, human-computer interaction, etc., pseudo R&D projects (millions and millions of euros, paid by very poor European people, throught the direct or indirect taxes).

Now, this same modus operandi has moved to the Americas, resorting to the factors parochialism and Garduña. In few words, poor American and European disabled, if they expect master solutions from those harmful characters and all their minions.

All criminal, unworthy and mocking behaviour for many years can be neither forgiven nor forgotten ...

El “copiloto” de esa carta Julio Abascal –alias, el Padrino II, localizado en el País Vasco (UPV, ATC)-, no fue notificado por el mismo abogado, por respecto a una anciana, quien sobrevivió a las bombas de Guernica, en 1937 y emigro hacia “las Pampas”.

Aquí es necesario diferenciar entre aquellas personas que por las bombas franquistas, fascistas, y nazistas, han emigrado y se han adaptado a la nueva realidad con aquellas cucarachas olorientas que se han quedado en sus olorientos agujeros para fastidiar, como es "AIPO Garduña", sin freno alguno, hasta ser considerados terroristas camuflados.

Dos de los secuaces del destinatario de la misiva legal, es decir, sus ex alumnos de doctorado: Granollers (Universidad de Lleida, España) y Collazos (hoy, Universidad de Cauca, Colombia), que si bien no lo mencionan en sus respectivos curriculums, siguen la acción destructiva de su tutor plagiador, en el viejo y el nuevo mundo. Comportamientos burlones y típicos de auténticos terroristas enmascarados, como todos aquellos que siguen sus fechorías camufladas, en el contexto de la IPO/IPC en España, Europa e Iberoamérica.

Pues nada, desde aquí anticiparles a toda esa secta destructiva de cucarachas criminales y células de terror, que el tiempo del silencio se ha acabado ...

Dos décadas y media de terror camuflado, destrucción de equipos de trabajo, eventos internacionales, etc., y todo bajo silencio absoluto, en el sector de la IPO/IPC, informática, diseño interactivo, educación, etc., al mejor estilo de los terroristas que en los ’80 y ’90, que impedían el trabajo honesto y libre de la población, cuando no se pagaba cierto impuesto revolucionario, en el País Vasco.

En fin, basta leer la prensa local para enterarse de la realidad cloacal y corrupta, en el personal de algunas universidades ibéricas: Barcelona, Castilla-La Mancha, Córdoba, Islas Baleares, Leganés, Tenerife (Mayo 2011: ¿Dónde estaba Corrientes?) Valencia, Zaragoza, y un muy largo etcétera, en donde las cucarachas olorientas bailan sin parar, y se mofan de los currantes y contribuyentes, porque no saben lo que es trabajar honradamente. Sus acciones delictivas camufladas se guían por el neocolonialismo, el fratricidio local, el neo nazismo, el sadismo, y la eterna e inmune corrupción.

Sin embargo, a lo largo de dos décadas (desde 1997 hasta nuestro días), se ha podido constatar un comportamiento indigno, destructivo, delictivo, y mafioso, sin parangón alguno en el contexto académico español, siendo su mayor habilidad “lanzar piedras y esconder la mano”. O lo que es lo mismo, desprestigiar constantemente a todo aquello que se hace de manera modesta y honesta, sin utilizar a los discapacitados para obtener subvenciones españolas o europeas, por ejemplo. Pues sí, en más de una década y media, los discapacitados en España han servido para financiar pseudos proyectos de I+D relacionados con la ingeniería de la usabilidad, la accesibilidad, el diseño centrado en el usuario, la realidad virtual, la interacción persona-ordenador/computador, etc. (millones y millones de euros, pagados por europeos muy pobres, a través de los impuestos directos o indirectos).

Ahora, ese mismo modus operandi, se ha trasladado a las Américas, recurriendo a los factores del campanario/parroquialismo y a la Garduña. En pocas palabras, pobres los discapacitados iberoamericanos, españoles y europeos, si esperan soluciones magistrales de estos personajes nefastos y todos sus secuaces.

Todo ese comportamiento criminal, indigno y burlón durante tantísimos años, no tiene ni perdón, ni olvido ...

(2) A “professor message –alias, Mª Paloma Celestina” from Leganés - Madrid, Spain:

... The only thing I did want to make clear to you is that I haven’t had the slightest relationship with AIPO since the year 2000. Short before organizing the events here (I don’t know if you remember that we started in the HCI in 2000) I decided to break up because of irreconcilable differences with some of the members of the ruling board and since then I haven’t kept up with what they have done. Personally I think that that association doesn’t represent anybody but its associates, among which I do not stand (I haven’t participated either again in their congresses, conferences, etc.). Of course my attitude towards that association would change substantially if I could see myself represented without having to bow my head in some way (I’ve heard how in the year 2002 the discovered the user-centered design !!!!!). I think that here, with all the limitations and problems that are attributed to Spain in the field of research, of the grudges, coteries and mafias of which we are always accused, there are many people who do their work in a dignified way (whether they are small, mid-size or great contributions) and respect other people. Excuse me for my spluttering, but very recently I have heard someone who prefers to leave Spain because they say they can’t work here and this annoys me deeply because it generalizes a whole community because of their experience with a specific group who are always the same, of course. Believe me I didn’t know about ... nor any other activity they are carrying out in AIPO because as I have told you I’m not a member of the association since the year 2000, which I don’t regret.

(2) Un mensaje "hoy, catedrática - alias, La Celestina Mª Paloma" desde Leganés - Madrid, España:

... Lo único que si te quería dejar muy claro es que yo no tengo la más mínima relación con AIPO desde el año 2000. Poco antes de organizar las jornadas aquí (no se si recuerdas que nos embarcamos en el IPO 2000) decidí romper por discrepancias irreconciliables con algunos de los miembros de la junta directiva  y, desde entonces, no he estado al corriente de lo que han hecho. Personalmente creo que esa asociación no representa a nadie salvo a sus asociados, entre los cuales yo no me encuentro (tampoco he vuelto a participar en sus congresos, jornadas, etc.). Por supuesto, mi actitud hacia dicha asociación cambiaría sustancialmente si a través de su junta pudiera verme representada de algún modo sin tener que agachar la cabeza (yo he oido como en el año 2002 descubrían el diseño centrado en el usuario!!!!!). Creo que aquí,  con todas las limitaciones y problemas que se achaca a España en el ámbito de la investigación, de las rencillas, camarillas y mafias de las que siempre se nos acusa, hay bastante gente que hace su trabajo más que dignamente (ya sean pequeñas, medianas o grandes contribuciones) y  respetando a los demás. Perdona el chorreo, pero muy recientemente he vuelto a oir a alguien que prefiere irse de España porque aquí no se puede trabajar y es algo que me molesta profundamente porque generaliza a toda una comunidad por su experiencia con un grupo determinado... que siempre son los mismos claro. Créeme que no sabía lo del ... ni tampoco ninguna otra actividad que realicen en AIPO pues como ya te he comentado yo no soy miembro de la asociación desde el año 2000, cosa de la que no me arrepiento ...

(2.1) Respondiendo a todos los mensajes recibos, especialmente, de las tierras americanas, he aquí una breve aclaración de las motivaciones con referencia al personaje de la endemoniada Celestina … En ese mensaje enviado a Italia, la autora al utilizar el término mafia, veladamente, su subconsciente la traiciona y le saca a la luz, un credo intrínseco, muy vergonzosamente difundido en el ámbito académico local, desde hace varias décadas, y orientado hacia los ciudadanos del resto del mundo. Es decir, el trato de mafiosos, fascistas, libertinos, etc., hacia los italianos; los nacidos al sur del Río Grande, en el continente americano son sudacas, ignorantes, informales, etc. Pensamientos íntimos, compartidos y extendidos en dicha Garduña, ... y sin entrar en más detalles, sobre estos y otros prejuicios raciales, con relación a los alemanes, canadienses, chinos, coreanos, estadounidenses, finlandeses, franceses, griegos, holandeses, ingleses, japoneses, portugueses, suecos, suizos, etc.  

(2.1) Responding to all the messages received, especially from American lands, here is a brief clarification of the motivations with reference to the character of possessed Celestina ... Mientras ella escribía ese mensaje en el 2005,  su marido era coautor de una publicación, con aquellos que supuestamente ella no mantenía ninguna relación. En pocas palabras, una troyana camuflada. Experta en ejercer, la eterna estrategia del terror académico, en "la gran cloaca garduñana". Un vertedero que se irradia desde las fronteras ibéricas hacia el mundo, recurriendo para ello al lavado constante de las jetas de hormigón armado, de todos sus afiliados. Sin embargo, a partir de la crisis financiera global del 2008, ella como el resto de los integrantes del Caballo de Troya garduñano, dependen de los extranjeros para sobrevivir.

While she was writing that message in 2005, her husband was co-autor of a publication, with those with whom she supposedly had no relationship. In short, a camouflaged Trojan. Gracias a los mismos pueden continuar tranquilamente, con todas sus fechorías, como es el infinito sabotaje a los eventos internacionales, sin el "Factor Garduña”. Indiscutiblemente, que nadie se sorprenda que vuelva a aparecer su nombre, junto al de su marido, y todos aquellos engatusados por dicha Celestina, en la asociación lúgubre que refería en el mensaje enviado. En realidad, y contrariamente a lo que escribe, ella desde siempre ha prestado sus servicios destructivos, a la congregación garduñana, bajo infinidades de máscaras hipócritas.

Poco o nada se puede hacer ante este tipo de personajes, comportamientos y redes de eterna endogamia cloacal, en donde sus prácticas destructoras del saber científico consisten en el bullying, harassment, mobbing, stalking, etc. Unas acciones que gozan de total inmunidad legal del Estado durante decenios, y que les permite no solo camuflarse con una infinidad de caretas, sino también, perdurar perennemente e inmutablemente, a lo largo del tiempo.

Little or nothing can be done about this type of characters, behaviors and networks of eternal sewer inbreeding, where their destructive practices of scientific knowledge consist of bullying, harassment, mobbing, stalking, etc. Actions that enjoy total legal immunity from the state for decades, and that allow them not only to camouflage themselves with an infinite number of masks, but also to endure perennially and immutably over time.

En fin, mientras seguimos resistiendo, durante un cuarto de siglo, a las burlas, difamaciones –como aquellos/as impresentables que murmuran que nos peleamos con todos–, y demás provocaciones de la Garduña, repetimos enérgicamente y con voz alta: “Pobres todos aquellos científicos honrados que tienen que emigrar por culpa de unos pocos garduñanos, que curiosamente y funestamente en la historia, siempre son los mismos destructores del ser humano y el bienestar social”.

In short, while we continue to resist, for a quarter of a century, the mockery, defamation – like those unpresentable people who murmur that we fight with everyone – and other provocations from the Gardunia, we repeat energetically and loudly: “Poor everyone those honest scientists who have to emigrate because of a few Garduñanos, who curiously and disastrously in history, are always the same destroyers of human beings and social well-being.”

COMENTARIOS Y ACLARACIONES FINALES:

Desde inicios del 2000 hasta la actualidad, muchos integrantes de esa asociación en el Reino de España se han comportado como "auténticos terroristas de las ciencias". El plagio (uno de los deportes nacionales en algunas universidades catalanas), el racismo a la milésima potencia, el stalking, el harassment, el bullying, entre otros tantos comportamientos indignos, ya no solo académico, sino también laboral. Lamentablemente, todos ellos, no solo han perdurado hasta nuestros días, sino que se han multiplicado a la enésima potencia.

Además, e indirectamente, esos "personajes" favorecen el alto índice de desocupados o parados en España, y la falta de soluciones a corto o mediano plazo de ese gran problema. Es decir, hoy, cientos de miles de jóvenes profesionales, orientados a las nuevas tecnologías son empujados - literalmente hablando -, a emigrar al extranjero. Con referencia, a los constantes ataques recibidos de manera injusta, por ser un simple estudioso de las nuevas tecnologías, bastaría verificarlo con la revisión de algunas de las publicaciones pertenecientes al ámbito tecnológico-comercial en Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, etc. Sin embargo, ni la ley ha podido frenar definitivamente ese nefasto "modus operandi" en Cataluña, y en el resto del Reino de España, por ejemplo. Actualmente, sus consecuencias negativas se localizan en las estadísticas, con los exorbitantes índices de parados.

Muchos de esos garduñanos se divierten en sabotear y destruir todos los eventos internacionales -conferencias, talleres, simposios, etc.- que escapan a sus controles, dentro y fuera del territorio español (alianzas nauseabundas, en las telarañas del poder cloacal), mediante amenazas o represalias, a quienes ejerzan su libertad de acción, como es la asistencia a los mismos. En fin, menuda esclavitud existe y persiste inmunemente, en determinados lugares de la UE, supuestamente de "la excelencia académica", ante el factor Garduña.

CLARIFICATION AND FINAL COMMENTS:

Since the start of the year 2000 up to now, many members of that association in the Kingdom of Spain have behaved as “real terrorists of the sciences”. Plagiarism (one of the national sports in some Catalan universities), racism to the utmost, stalking, harassment, bullying, among other so many unworthy patterns of behaviour, not only academic, but also in the work place. Regrettably all of them have not only endured until our days, but they have exponentially multiplied.

Besides, and indirectly, those characters foster the high percentage of unemployed in Spain and the lack of solutions in the short or middle term of that big problem. That is, today hundreds of thousands of young professionals are pushed –literally speaking– to migrate abroad. With regard to the constant attacks received in an unfair way, for being a simple scholar of the new technologies, it would suffice to verify it with a revision of some of the publications belonging to the technological-commercial environment in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, etc. However, not even the law has been able to stem that nefarious “modus operandi” in Catalonia and in the rest of the Kingdom of Spain. Currently its negative consequences are to be found in the statistics, with the exorbitant rates of unemployed.

Many of those Garduña characters have fun in sabotaging and destroying all the international events –conferences, workshops, symposiums, etc.– which are beyond their control within and without the Spanish territory (nauseating alliances, in the webs of the sewer power) through threats or retaliation to those who exercise their freedom of action, such as the attendance to said events. In short, slavery persists unpunished in some allegedly academic places of the EU, theoretically, "educational excellence" but with Garduña factor.

Como se anunciaba precedentemente, el tiempo del silencio se ha terminado para los CRIMINALES, BASTARDAS y BASTARDOS RECALCITRANTES, MAL PARIDAS/OS, EN SUS RESPECTIVAS CLOACAS ...

Hoy (12.09.2018), en una de las islas más corruptas del continente europeo, léase Mallorca, en su universidad pública (Universidad de las Islas Baleares - UIB), se está realizando la milésima burla hacia todos los profesionales honestos, dentro y fuera de las fronteras españolas, relacionados con las nuevas tecnologías, en especial con la interacción persona-ordenador: QUIXOTE 2018 e INTERACCION 2018.

As previously announced, the time of silence has ended for the CRIMINALS, BASTARDS and RECALCITRANTIVE BASTARDS, ILL-BORN, IN THEIR RESPECTIVE SEWERS ...

Today (09.12.2018), in one of the most corrupt islands on the European continent, Mallorca, in its public university (University of the Balearic Islands - UIB), the thousandth mockery is being made towards all honest professionals, inside and outside the Spanish borders, related to new technologies, especially with human-computer interaction: QUIXOTE 2018 and INTERACCION 2018.

Empezamos por la Universidad, la cual he tenido la desgracia de visitarla personalmente, durante un solo día, por motivos profesionales. Ese maldito día, ha tenido como consecuencia una persecución y acoso profesional desde el departamento de informática, durante el resto de mis días (más de 25 años), cuyo responsable, en ese entonces, era un matemático valenciano, Josep Blat Gimeno.

We start with the University, which I have had the misfortune of visiting personally, for a single day, for professional reasons. That damn day has resulted in professional persecution and harassment from the computer science department, for the rest of my days (more than 25 years), whose person in charge, at that time, was a Valencian mathematician, Josep Blat Gimeno.

Blat Gimeno fue bendecido por el parroquialismo imperante en las costas del Mediterráneo, en el 1991, desde la Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya, planta octava, en la Av. Diagonal de Barcelona, por el sector gráfico. Es decir, la dirección y los integrantes del congreso español de informática gráfica CEIG, para que fuese catedrático. Por consiguiente, quien escribe estas líneas ya sabía desde el '91 que sería catedrático.

Blat Gimeno was blessed by the prevailing parochialism on the coasts of the Mediterranean, in 1991, from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, eighth floor, on Av. Diagonal in Barcelona, for the graphic sector. That is, the management and members of the Spanish CEIG Computer Graphics Congress, so that he would be a professor. Consequently, the person writing these lines already knew since '91 that he would be a professor.

En otras palabras, lo que sucede hoy, en Madrid con un cierto máster, en la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, es un garbanzo. Va como ejemplo, el encargado de prensa de ese departamento de informática mallorquín, con un ex colega de Blat Gimeno (UIB). Un licenciado en bellas artes por la Universidad de Sevilla (Coca-Fdez), a quien se le otorgó, sin ningún tipo de problema (publicaciones científicas, en ese contexto igual a cero) un doctorado en Informática y Matemáticas, en menos que canta un gallo.
